Our goal at Provision Space is to generate passive income for our investors through real estate syndications. This strategy allows investors to leverage shares of residential multifamily asset in exchange for passive rental income without the liability of being a property owner. Our team prioritizes open communication to keep you updated on the progress and help answer any questions that may arise. OUR TEAM
Jonathan Tonks – Owner
Jonathan is passionate about developing leaders through business creation and investing for generational wealth. He lives in Holland, MI and began his career as continuous improvement engineer for a multi-billion dollar automotive supplier where he lead cross-functional teams to increase revenue and improve the efficiency of a 600-person manufacturing facility. Jonathan began investing in real estate in 2020 and created an investment firm, called Provision Space, to partner with large multifamily operators around the country. As a managing partner, he is responsible for building relationships with investors, vetting investment opportunities from sponsors, and providing the strategic vision for Provision Space's growth. When he is not working, Jonathan is a pilot, musician, triathlete, and world traveler. He looks forward to serving others with the provisions God has blessed him with.
Rod Khleif – Senior Advisor
Rod Khleif is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, multiple business owner, author, mentor, and community philanthropist who is passionate about business, life, success, and giving back. As one of the country’s top real estate trainers, Rod has personally owned and managed over 2,000 properties.
Rod is Host of the Top-Ranked iTunes Real Estate Podcast which has been downloaded more than 8,000,000 times – “The Lifetime Cash Flow Through Real Estate Investing Podcast.” Rod is the author of “How to Create Lifetime Cash Flow Through Multifamily Properties” considered to be an essential “textbook” for aspiring multifamily investors.
Bernadette Rumbaua – Marketing Manager
Bernadette is a digital marketer, writer, and graphic designer who loves marketing and being creative. Bernadette has been working in digital marketing for 5 years and has extensive experience in blog writing, email marketing, social media management, and website management. She places a high value on continuous learning and professionalism in her work, and she has worked tirelessly to assist the team in providing valuable marketing materials and consistent brand messaging for Provision Space.

Provision Space is passionate about giving back from our abundance – we believe God blesses us so that we may be a blessing to others. One way we choose to give back is by partnering with organizations that provide shelter for those in need. It is estimated that 2% of the world’s population is homeless. That equates to nearly 154 million people living on the streets or in other transitory conditions. Add on top of that another 1 billion people who have inadequate shelter. Our mission is to eradicate this statistic
